In accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 2063.7, the Board established standard terms and conditions for the annexation of lands to an Improvement District of Eastern Municipal Water District. The proposed Resolutions annexing Parcel Nos. U-25-19-6 and U‑26‑19‑6 to Improvement District Nos. U-25 (sewer) and U-26 (water) are attached as (Exhibits A and B). The parcel is located in the City of Temecula, County of Riverside City, as depicted on the attached legal descriptions and map (Exhibit C). EMWD has received a signed petition from the current property owner, Woodside 05S, Limited Partnership, with Trent Heiner as the Senior Project Manager. All necessary ownership documentation are on file with the District.
