Background

The District’s Administrative Code was first adopted in May 2013, and has been subsequently amended on several occasions.  The purpose of the subject revision is to clarify certain potable water service requirements for multi-unit residential and mixed-use residential and commercial structures in accordance with the Water Code.  The proposed language for the recommended change is identified in the proposed Resolution, which is attached as Exhibit A, and is summarized in the table below:
