Background
In accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 2063.7, the Board established standard terms and conditions for the annexation of lands to an Improvement District of Eastern Municipal Water District. The proposed Resolutions annexing Parcel Nos. U-27-20-4 and U‑28‑20‑4 to Improvement District Nos. U-27 (sewer) and U-28 (water) are attached as (Exhibits A and B). The parcel is located in the City of Moreno Valley, County of Riverside, as depicted on the attached legal descriptions and map (Exhibit C). EMWD has received a signed petition from the current property owner, FR Nandina Avenue, LLC, with Michael Goodwin as the Director of Development. All necessary ownership documentation are on file with the District.
