Background

On July 3, 2019, the Board of Directors approved and authorized the Customer Information and Billing System (CIS) Replacement Project and directed staff to provide periodic updates on this strategic priority.  This informational presentation provides an overview of activities completed to date, key milestones accomplished and details of next steps.
